As a representative from the Brunei Embassy booth, I braved myself giving a short speech... haha antam tah saja! Well, I did not say much... Just welcoming the public to visit Brunei booth.
A man visited our booth. This year was the first time for Brunei Embassy took part this particular festival. We see this is a good opportunity to show public in the US where Brunei is located. What I can say, almost 90% of visitors were not sure where Brunei is. Even some were never heard Brunei... Overall, it was a success.
I just don't believe the public were so crazy about the giveaway. Some visited our booth were simply because of the goodie bag and they were even asked for it. What an experience!!
Besides exhibition from a handful of embassies, there were also vendors selling various products and delicacies... In addition, there were also performance from various participating Asian countries. Also some were participating in a parade.
